ROTARY WASHING LINE

This medium sized rotary washing line is manufactured from a strong steel frame, 40mm steel centre pole and has 4 arms. It's fitted with 40 metres of high quality PVC coated polyester line and is locked open by means of a simple 4 stage umbrella type clip. The 40 metres of drying space is typically enough for 3 large wash loads.

An Important Note About Pole Diameter

As mentioned above, the centre pole diameter on this medium sized rotary washing is 40mm. That's typically 5 or 10 mm greater than most of the other rotaries on the market. It may seem a bit arcane, but pole diameter is important. Most of the cheap rotary washing lines you can buy use the same diameter of pole regardless of how much weight the washing line is intended to take (many also use lightweight aluminium). It's not surprising that many of them fail after a year or so!

Whereas the diameter of our all-steel poles increases as we increase the size of the rotary. Thus you'll find that the pole diameter on this medium sized rotary is larger than that on one of our small rotaries. Makes sense eh?

SELF LOCKING AIRER

At the end of the top bar arms of the airer is a hole through which you can pass a coat hanger - thus enabling you to minimise ironing for shirts and blouses. It also has comes with a New Sock Clip for additional drying space for your small garments.
