For most UK postcodes our standard rates are applied. This is great value when you consider the size and bulkiness (is that a word!) of many of our products
However, there are some postcodes and products where we have no choice but to add a surcharge - please be assured that we're just passing on the additional costs that we are charged by our carriers. Details are below:

Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to your use of; and purchase of products from; our website. Please note that your use of our website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms.
We may from time to time change the terms and conditions that govern your use of our site. Your use of the site following any change will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. We may change, move, delete, or add to our website at any time.
If ordering from this website by credit/debit card at the time of placing your order, goods will be dispatched within 2 days of payment. Goods are dispatched by courier and delivered on a 2 to 5 working day service between 07.30am and 5.30pm. Payment for goods by cheque & postal order will be dispatched within 2 days of funds clearing through our bank. We are unable to ship outside of the UK.
Guarantee & Returns
These guarantees are in addition to your statutory consumer rights. If for any reason our products fail to perform satisfactorily within the stated guarantee or have been supplied faulty, you will be offered the choice of a replacement product or a full refund (Refund within 30 days of purchase). Any item returned as faulty will be refunded after the safe receipt of the item at our warehouse and inspection to verify the fault. If any product returned as faulty is found upon inspection not to be faulty. no refund will be given. Return will be at the customer's own expense.
Any unused product may be returned within 7 days of receipt of item for a refund excluding original delivery costs. No refund will be given for the cost of postage and packing for the return of any goods. We do ask that any unused product be returned in its original packaging. We will not be liable for the replacement of any goods under any guarantee if they have been damaged or misused other than in the application for which they were intended.
