The line on a Rotary can sometimes become very slack. You can easily fix this problem in just a few simple steps...

Step One

Open your Rotary Washing Line as far as it will go.

Check the end of each arm for any loops or tangles.

Once you’ve found the problem, lower the tension.

Undo the loop or tangle.

Step Four

Sometimes there can be more than one tangle causing the problem. So if the first attempt doesn’t fix it, then repeat the process until it does.
